Preparing, Packing, and PMSAR
Education, proper gear, and Peninsula Mounted Search and Rescue save lives on the trail
Thick folds of clouds impaired their vision, but the Cramer family pressed along the trail, following it in the fog. Dirk Cramer was sure he knew the way and remembered taking a shortcut through the woods when he came here with his buddies on a hunting trip. He remembered the cool, fresh creek near camp and an incredibly blue sky above a dense canopy of trees. He also remembered walking a short way from camp and seeing the grandeur of a ridge framed by two glorious mountain peaks. He was very anxious to share that wonderful experience with his wife and two children.
