With Patience and Passion

Tara Cunningham strengthens the horse/girl bond

When I was young, I believed anything was possible with a horse, no matter its breed or bloodlines. But as I was swept up in the work of top clinicians and performance horses, where those around me had a great influence on my thoughts and opinions, I soon found myself in the position of limited beliefs. I had lost my true passion for the horse and all the great beauties they possess. In this, I also lost confidence in myself.

Learning the Ropes
Like many young girls, Tara Cunningham was crazy about horses from a very young age. The rest of her family didn't share that love, but after years of begging she got her first horse: an 18-year-old retired Arabian show horse who became her first teacher.
